The Project Manager
When you work with Corrigan Workplace Solutions, you have a team of knowledgeable experts at your side. Your Project Manager will be with you every step of the way, from concept to conception he/she will work with you to ensure your project is given the utmost attention. Your project manager will be responsible for:
- Project understanding. Your project manager will work closely with you to develop a firm understanding of the project, your needs, timelines, and budget. If an on-site inspection is necessary, based on proximity and availability, he or she will personally conduct a site-visit for further assessment, or arrange for a network partner to do so on their behalf.
- Providing pricing. Having had an opportunity to assess the project in its entirety, your project manager will identify the resources necessary to fulfill all project needs. Once the necessary details, such as specialty services or white glove delivery, have been addressed, he or she will provide an estimated price.
- Project planning. Once confirmed, your project manager will begin aligning the resources and service providers necessary to ensure a coordinated effort. All aspects of the project are taken into consideration when aligning resources – from the equipment necessary to the exact service provider, your project manager will work on your behalf to ensure the right fit.
- Project fulfillment and oversight. Project management continues throughout the duration of each project and through its completion. Your project manager will continue to be your primary contact, responsible for overseeing the project while the daily coordination becomes the responsibility of one of our well-versed project coordinators.
Project Coordinator
Once the heavy lifting is complete and resources are secured, your project manager will work closely with a project coordinator who will be responsible for facilitating the project’s day-to-day progress. Depending on your desired level of involvement, your project coordinator will keep you informed of pertinent details of your project, including important timelines, movement of goods and services pending or rendered. Your project coordinator will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day Communication. He or she will provide you with important project details, including what to expect and when to expect it. Part of the project management team, your coordinator will play a critical role in the success of your project. They will be in close contact with the project manager, alerting him or her of progress and of any issues should one arise.
- Project Advancement. Your project coordinator will work to ensure and monitor the progress of your project by coordinating efforts with each service and equipment provider along the way. He or she will work to closely with all parties to coordinate and schedule the resources necessary to ensure your project is delivered as expected and on time.
